Returns & Refunds policy:

Refunds will only be given if our product is returned in an undamaged and unused condition.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. You should send the product to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The items are in the original packaging

  • The items are in their original undamaged and unused condition

    We reserve the right to refuse any and all returns/ refunds if the predesignated conditions are not met.

Damaged Goods:

For any of our products that arrive damaged we offer a 1 to 1 replacement, we do not offer refunds for damaged products. We require photographic proof of any damaged product, the request must be within 3 days of package arrival.
